Hello,
You only pay once for a PTO return. So if you pay for the extension, then filing the return later will NOT subject you to a new charge.
However, if you happen to do an extension in one return, but them make a copy for whatever reason and prepare the return in the copied return, that will incur a charge.
So make sure to use the same return for the extension and the return.
