Sounds like a typical browser issue:

• Make sure you use only ProConnect Tax-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-pro...);
• Clear cache and cookies;
• Exit and restart browser;
• Restart machine or device;
• Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode, always;
• Use another ProConnect Tax-supported browser if problem persists; and
• Use another machine or device, if available.

Opening ProConnect Tax in incognito mode helps avoid most common issues.
