Using ProConnect Tax Online for the first time. Entering a Form 1099-INT. Have entered the "Name of Payer." But, where do I enter the PAYER's address and TIN? I do not see an input field.

Not necessary to have but, in the (default) quick entry screen, you can click on the button on the far-right of each line item you want to edit. That will bring up the full entry screen with all the data fields.
