I'm sure your client created impeccable records detailing all of his or her additional out of pocket costs that were used to house them. Or did they kinda forget to do that?
I wasn't sure if there was a per diem rate that I wasn't aware of. So they should have kept records of the additional cost, is what you are saying in order for it to be a write off.
