taxpayer doesn't qualify for federal moving deduction, but CA is non confirming and allows it but requires Form 3903 to be attached. Intuit is saying that federal will need to be paper filed if 3903 exists but taxpayer isn't military.

I hope they are going to fix this, if you I would manually create a 3903 and enter it as a CA Other Subtractions and attach the 3903 as a pdf attachment.
