- Make sure you're using a ProConnect Tax supported browser;
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies;
- Restart browser and preferably your PC/device; and
- Open ProConnect Tax in incognito mode, always.
Opening ProConnect Tax in incognito will help avoid most common problems. If you continue to have problems, try another supported browser and/or PC/device.
