Haven't had any problem all day.  You may like to do the following:

  1. Ensure you are using a ProConnect Tax supported browser;
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies;
  3. Close browser;
  4. Preferably restart PC/device; and
  5. Open ProConnect Tax in your browser only in incognito mode, always.

Opening ProConnect Tax in only incognito mode will help avoid most common problems.  If you still have issues, you may like to use another support browser and/or PC/device.
