I'm unable to input an S-Corp on the federal and prepare a NYS C-Corp in the program. It insists on preparing an S-Corp. How do I override the choice?

In the NY information there should be a box to check for type of return.

I may be wrong but I don't believe ProConnect Tax or Lacerte can handle hybrid s-corps within the same return for NYS.

You are correct.

Use the corporate module and then Import from S Corp.

Where is this checkbox? I can not find it.

I don't want to pay 2 rep fees to do 1 return. Please advise how to do a Federal S-Corp and NYS C-Corp.
