The question asks "Is there a change in the members listed in Schedule R-7 from the prior year". The input field only asks if there was a change. I would think leaving the field blank would force a check in the "No" box on Schedule Q.

CA Form 100S?
ProConnect works pretty well by looking at the form in Check Return. Find the NO box and click on it. That should get you to the input area for that box (or line in some cases)
Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
