I inputted through Depreciation module - Disposition - net gains and losses show up on Form 4797, but NOT on main return, and NOT on Schedule K-1 for a subchapter S corporation.

These flow through to the K-1 when I tried. You may like to check that you have made all the entries correctly. Otherwise, send the return to Intuit Support and have them look into that for you.
