Where do you see in Proseries that RITA can be e-filed?

I would like to confirm - that no city returns in ohio can be e-filed?
At the 2020 tax year, no city returns, including those for RITA or CCA in Ohio, can be e-filed or e-paid through ProSeries. All City returns must be mailed in, along with any tax due paid on a check.
