There is a reason for that ----------------------- it isn't deductible. The deduction died in 2017. Intuit left the section in schedule A just in case the brain trusts in Washington once again did a retroactive reinstatement of the deduction.

A quick look at the cover page for IRS Pub 936 What's New! shows that its no longer deductible.
