No.  But you MIGHT be able to contact Support/Sales to get access to the 2019 program and then you would be able to use that on a Pay-Per-Return basis (while you are at it, also ask for access to the 2020 program).

No, 2021 software doesn't have 2019 deductions, or tax rate tables, or anything remotely resembling 2019.
