Client married filing joint just received their unemployment compensation exclusion letter from IRS... I had mentioned this in another post that the return had been filed back in March but they still did not receive the refund ...Client received two letters today from IRS, one for each spouse, and they informed them that they are going to get their refund check soon... Client was elated.. so it looks like they are still processing this exclusion refund so others whose clients have not yet received it should be patient a little bit longer in my opinion... Hope this helps...
