Is always late in February that it becomes available....they don't want anyone sending in amended returns before the original has finished processing.

Also, it takes a month or more to even open the envelope on an amended return, returns efiled late January/early February have already processed.

You can print a clean copy from the IRS website and fil it in with the figures from the program if you're in that big of a rush.
