ProSeries is subjecting a qualified conservation contribution under 170(h) to a 30% of AGI limit, when it appears it should be limited to 50% per 170(b)(1)(E). Does anyone know how to get ProSeries to handle this correctly without an override? I categorized on 8283 as a qualified conservation contribution but system is specifically limiting to 30% of AGI.

Asked and answered. The help function indicates that the program does not support qualified conservation contributions. 😞 Would seem like an easy fix for Intuit to make.
