Form 9325 only shows up once a return has been Efiled and accepted. 

Did you Efile the extension?  If so, the 9325 will appear with the accepted extension box checked, Im not sure if you can just delete the form or not onces its been generated by the software.

Why would you need to remove the 9325 ?   If you don't want it to print with the return - go into Print Options>Control Which Forms Print

I find it easer to print preview, and uncheck the box on form I don't want to print
