I know people have complained about this before, its some kind of program glitch.

Close ProSeries and run REPAIR Updates from the Windows programs menu under the tax year you're working on. I think thats how others have fixed it in the past.

Maybe the software hasn't been updated for that matter by Intuit since that date...
