2 completely different types of businesses, you need 2 Sch C's. Hopefully they've been keeping the accounting for the 2 businesses separate.

The number of trade names is irrelevant. You could have two businesses using the same d/b/a that would have to file separate Schedules C, or you could have a business with five d/b/a's that would file only one because they all do the same thing.
