I installed ProSeries Tool Hub (to do a backup, for migration to a new computer) When I try to open ProSeries Tool Hub, a window opens for it but with a "not responding" header, and then the program closes itself after about a minute. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling. On a Windows 10 64-bit system.

I don't think you need the Tool Hub.
