It did not. 

Error message Form 1065 -p1-3 Sch B, Ln 3a column (ii) is invalid for Electronic Filing.  You must either enter a valid SSN in the format xxx-xx-xxxx or a valid employer identification number in the format xx-xxxxxxx.  The India company has neither.

If you cannot correct the e-file error and the return is eligible to be mailed then you may have to call the client and ask them if they want to mail the return in... Just my opinion...

yes, thanks.  I have already anticipated having to mail the return.  I am waiting to speak with support on Monday.
