The Kansas Individual K-40 returns are now requiring form K-40PT (Property Tax Relief Claim for Low Income Seniors) on all K-40's that we are trying to e-file. We have tried to delete the form from the return, but it keeps coming back. This was after we ran updates this afternoon. Please advise.

DITTO - just happened after most recent update - can't delete form as it just comes back.
I have just entered a zero in that field which cleared the error - saved file and e-filed it. There is not enough information in the file to process the refund - none of my clients are eligible for this refund. I guess I will see if e-file rejects (just submitted 2 files). Cathy
