I have e-filed a return that shows an IRS balance due but I did not e-file the required information for the withdrawal date, Can I e-file that information right after ?

No. It can be paid at irs.gov Direct Pay

or print a 1040V and have the TP send in payment

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
