Yes, the Self Employed Health Insurance deduction lowers QBI.
What do you mean the program is not carrying over the bottom of Schedule C? Can you explain? Are you saying the 2017 descriptions in "Other Expenses" are not carrying to 2018?

The program does not carry the 1095A health insurance deduction for self-employed to the QBI worksheet at the bottom of the Sch C page line 6A. Be careful when filing returns with 1095A's.

Was on a 3 hour phone conversation with Intuit yesterday and they said just manually enter it they are not going to fix this issue.

Interesting. Somebody else had mentioned that on this forum a day or two ago, but thanks for verifying that is a problem.
@Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr) Was support right, that they are NOT going to fix this in the program? Or is it on the long list of things to be fixed?
