I agree 100% with TAXOH.... i'm just posting to see if I am still in 'TIME OUT'.  None of my posts/answers have shown up in the last 3 days...….

This is not a solution.

I started a client return then they decided to not use me and I've been stuck with this shell of a return with delete greyed out no matter where I look (Homebase does not let me delete).

Can you find the file in the XXData folder and delete it from there then do a Homebase Maintenance to remove it from there
