Dear John,  I did the update today also and had a "freeze".  Rather than burden ProSeries Tech Support I went back in and did a Refresh Updates. This can take a few minutes, but it basically refreshes and reinstalls all updates to date. As that was running I closed all unneeded and unnecessary open apps, re-opened ProSeries Pro and everything works as should. Maybe you could try the same and see if this solves the issue for you. If not, give TechSupport a call, and let them remote in to view the issue with you. It's also a great learning tool, paying attention and asking q & a's at the same time. Happy Easter.

Yes something with the update - I went in and did an update installed products shortly after the first update and it downloaded more updates and is working now.
