I thought PS was suppose to update the due date on the 1040 in the program last Friday March 26th-my program has updated but the due date still stands at April 15th-what's going on?

Go to your computer start menu. Select ProSeries and then click on repair updates. See if that does the trick.

Running the PS repair did not work-this is so messed up that PS is having issues keeping up with this. It has caused issues with the payment side all because the due date has not been updated for the program.

the due dates where?
The payment date was fixed, you can schedule a federal direct debit up until 5/17 now.

There is a good reason for that ----------- they just haven't updated that yet.

Won't this mess up our clients that haven't file yet - as "late" ?
That is what I think the others and myself are concerned about. And that it marks their payments as late?

My clients are already a little messed up but none of them have access to the homebase view of my software so I think we are good.

lol true - I wasn't worried in that way. What I'm looking for is reassurance that even though our Homebase view is wrong, their returns will file properly with IRS and respective state without being marked late.
I don't want to assume but would hope it is the tax agency that determines "late" and not earmarked by our software.
However, last year I had a 1120S marked late yet was not! But was told due to the earmark it was deemed as late.
