Many times a client will not appear in the home base and I will have to open their file from the file folder and resave for it to appear. Sometimes this happens just with their state but often it happens with both their fed and state. This has been happening since the beginning of this tax season and I've run the Homebase Maintenance tool several times since then but that hasn't fixed the problem. I'm wondering if this has been addressed anywhere by ProSeries.
