The spouse's social security number is correct on the Federal 1099-G input worksheet, but it does not flow to Kentucky's Schedule KW-2. Instead the husband's social security number show up.

Check to see if you marked spouse on all applicable worksheets... just my opinion...

Everything looks good on the Federal 1099-G input sheet, The spouse's name & social security number shows up in the recipient box which is required for e-filing. It does not transfer properly to the Kentucky KW-2 form with the spouse's social security number.
