Unable to update ProSeries Basic for the unemployment compensation exclusion. From the update menu I choose update installed products with no results. I also used the refresh update feature to install the new calculation changes with no results. Please help!

Try going to Windows start, scroll to ProSeries, Repair updates. hope that helps

Have you checked if it is already updated and you didn't notice?  It should subtract out unemployment on Line 8 of Schedule 1.
