When you log into your Intuit Online account, do you see any prior years available for Download?  If not, you'll need to call support to ask about your options.

When I switched to my new computer, I had to go online and download the software for each year.  Some years had problems, so I had to go support.  They were very helpful and helping me to overcome the issues.  Most of the problems were in the older years that I was trying to download as I recall, the more recent years went very smoothly.
