Does Oklahoma not allow the 10,000 retirement exclusion when it's an early distribution? 

Our software is not automatically excluding $10,000 when a 1099-R is a code 1. I cannot find a reason in the Oklahoma instructions for this. Is this a Pro-Series Issue? If so how can we fix this?  

We have been overriding it.
