I have been trying to efile the 1040 through ProSeries for the 2019 federal return and keep getting a message to update installed products.  I have updated several times and still get the same message.

go to start, scroll down to ProSeries 2019, click on repair updates. Hope that works for you

I do not have 2019 Proseries on my computer.  Its the only one I didn't purchase in twenty years - Covid 19......I need to purchase about 5 customers that need to file 2019 taxes electronically.  My account number is 321848384........Help!  What can I do?  Awaiting your reply.  Sandra Beyette, Beyette Tax Service since 1998.  410.543.1313
