I updated pro Basic and tried to eFile a return. In the middle of the upload, the app vanished and I cannot open a new instance. Even after re-booting, I cannot open the app.
Is this a bug? How do I proceed?

From the Windows Programs menu, go the to ProSeries 2020 listing and try using REPAIR UPDATES and see if that helps at all.
