Someone else mentioned the other day that they were having issues and they came back with the comment that they needed to hit the little ok button on the import screen.

Development is still looking at getting the tax import feature fixed on the backend but we did find a workaround that will allow you to import your files. Tax Import STILL not working!! It says it is Importing and then I get the Error box pop-up saying
"Encountered error code 1". TheN click on that and get another box that says " The import has successfully imported financial institution data for this client" . But then IT IS NOT IN THERE IN THE TAX RETURN!! Even if you back out and start over and go back in - not there!
Has happened with several clients now! THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT THIS HASN'T BEEN WORKING ALL TAX SEASON!!!
HELP!!!!! Called customer service and if you can even get thru, they were no help.
