You dont enter directly on the 8949.  Use Sch D, theres a 1099B worksheet button at the top of the form.

You can summarize the categories (ST covered, ST non covered, LT covered, LT non covered, etc) and make just make summary entries, rather than entering all 10 pages of transactions.

Most people then attach a PDF of the 1099B to the return.
