I can.     What's happening when you try? 

 

You may need to highlight the returns and then use the Update Acks of Selected Returns to get them to pull in.

 

In prior years it would ask if you wanted to update all pending files.

You can use the option above whats circled, that downloads all acks. If for some reason it doesnt grab them all...you use the option thats circled.

In the past when you clicked that update, it asked you if you want to update the selected return or all pending returns.

I dont recall ever seeing that message, sorry.

I either hit Receive Acks and it downloads what it has available, or when I have ones that seem to be stuck and havent been accepted for a few days, I use Update Acks of Selected Returns.
