When will ProSeries update Maryland Form 502SU to exclude Unemployment benefits from MD taxes?
MD needs to release it first. I think they are creating an LU.
Now they probably have to start over because of the new federal law.
Ask ProSeries, not other tax preparers when the software company will update their info. The answer is - sometime in the future.
Still waiting for MD to release the forms excluding unemployment as taxable income. Frustrating. I know ProSeries is waiting on MD.
Comptroller's office today said 04/15/2021 for release of new form. It will take ProSeries a few weeks after that.
