Form 1040 Individual. The preparer on this return has a PTIN that has not been verified. Return conversion failed.

If it failed conversion, then it wasnt an Efile reject. Go back in and check your preparer information. Tools > Firm/Preparer Info
That being said, Im thinking we may be best suited to wait until IRS opens for Efiling...its obvious things arent going as expected for Intuit to open early.

You probably submitted before PS was really ready to start dumping efiles into the bucket to be transmitted later, or maybe the bucket was full and you just got splash back. Try again at a later date. It really won't go in until 2/12.

Information is correct. State return was converted no problem, but federal rejected for the same client.

Attempted 5 x with no success. Verified Preparer information. State return accepted, Federal rejected, even if I tell it not to check for errors while converting.

So you checked that little box in your Preparer information that says you've verified the PTIN?

That did it. Strange how it e-filed about 10 business returns and one state individual return before requiring that.
