Fingers crossed.... keep checking. NY decoupled from IRS... better they take their time and get right than having to amend 

just received an e-mail indicating the issue was resolved & to run an update - I ran an update but the error is still there>  I've been calling about the issue and no one has a concrete answer.  Probably going to shop another software solution for next filing season

Same issue, support said they are having a update come out this week. Keep updating. Very frustrating I can't file
