I am getting the below error for the state of MN when I am filing the state side.  Federal went down.  The K-1 on the federal matches the K1 on the state side.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

Please review the Sch KPC.  This is generated based on the entity type of the shareholder, which comes from the Sch K1 worksheet.  Please make the entity-type corrections at all the federal level when possible so it will calculate and flow to the the state.
