Go to Forms on the top bar, find the form, complete it and attach it as a PDF. As far as I know it could not be transmitted electronically. To attach follow this procedure otherwise it will give an error. Go to print, uncheck all the other forms, just leave the check on Form 7202, click Create PDF, it will send a copy to the PDF saving file in ProPDF. Then go the Efile tab, click attach PDF, look for the form, look for the down menu in the attach worksheet, and find Form 7202. You will see the error disappears and you can efile the return.
