My name is Enma Fortuna, customer No. *********.

I want to change one of the two states downloaded from my proserie 2020. I have MD and MA, but I want to delete MD and download NY.

How do i do that?

Hi Emma, this is a user forum. You will probably have to call or chat with customer service.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Go to Windows start menu, settings, Apps, uninstall. Scroll down to ProSeries, click uninstall,(a popup ask confirm, say yes. then another popup from ProSeries pops up, and you choose what states you want to uninstall. Then go to Update, select, and download new products
