Form 1310 has the big red DO NOT FILE stamp. Is this temporary for ProSeries? If so, when will it be updated?
Doesnt the form have a yellow bar at the top that says when it will be final and able to be filed?

I filed a paper return with one a month ago, downloaded from the IRS website. Get My Refund shows it is being processed.
