Client passed with very little, no probate. Son asked me to prepare final 1040. He lives in different state.

You may encounter e-file related errors with this form and return ..... Therefore you may want to consider asking client if client mailing the return is acceptable. Just my opinion.

There's a $1400 + refund, which includes the $600 stimulus not received (after death). Figured it would be best to paper file. He will distribute refund among 3 surviving adult children. Thanks for responding.
