Your (Intuit) latest (related) Community Answer is TOO OLD! (a 2013 Dell -TO- a 2014 Toshiba). NOR does that answer say whether the "Install 2013" is clean, updated, or to include completed clients! .....please do NOT refer me to this Answer!!

ANY new computer requires you to download the software from *myaccount*, or install from CD. A good IT person might be able to move it for you, but that's not the normal way.
Your client data is a different matter; you'll need to back up/restore from the old to the new computer.
