I'm using Poseries Basic 2020, Doing my first cash advance loan, Don't know what to look for. All I see is where I click Cash advance and it asked for email, that was it. Any assistance what am I looking for? Is there an area for us to request an amount or is that all we have to do?

I have the same issue. On my it also tells me I am not enrolled for cash advance loans but I am. This is very frastuating.
