We have a client that wants to use Pay By Refund.  The husband passed away during the calendar year, so the driver's license we have is expired and obviously cannot be renewed.  The TPG application asks to confirm his driver's license information.  There is a date of death entered, and we tried to list an alternate document on the ID Verification page other than a driver's license, but it is still showing errors on the TPG application.  Are there any work-arounds for this?
