I have renewed the tax software but cannot download Proseries 2020 on either my PC or Laptop. Currently holding for assistance but the wait time is over 30 mins.
Has anyone else had this problem?
What happens when you try? There's been some reports of customer firewall issues blocking downloads and updates
Can't get the program to download so I can start doing returns
