My client died in 2020. He was single and is getting a refund. His son is the executor and has his clerk of court letters of testamentary and death certificate. Can I efile this return? I can attach the letters of testamentary to the tax return.

Go ahead and e-file. You don't need to attach anything, but the software is going to ask you about adding an extra form regarding where that refund is going to be sent.
